So it turns out that my song titled “Sing Into My Heart”, off my 2011 Covenant Award Nominated record “To Know You More”, has been selected by Worship Leader Magazine to be on their next Song Discovery Disc for May 2012. This is super exciting because Worship Leader Magazine services over 20,000 worshiping communities and the thought that this song will now have the opportunity to minister to and impact such a broad range of people just blows my mind!

The disc will be bundled with May 2012′s issue of Worship Leader Magazine and is an enhanced CD-ROM that includes mp3′s, charts, sheets, PPT’s, and Media shout files.

As of May 2012 you will be able to go to www.songdiscovery.com to listen to or download the mp3 from their home page.

I’m so thankful and grateful for this opportunity and I am praying that God will continue use this music to touch peoples hearts.

 
We knew trying to put a ten track album together in two months (before kassi’s baby was born) while performing our regular full time jobs at the church was going to be a stretch, nonetheless we buckled down and pulled it off! Kassi is a very talented singer and songwriter, but not only that she is a great worship leader and my hope was to have a good blend of all these areas of excellence on the record. All the songs were written by Kassi save a few that were co-written with Amy Smith (another worship leader North Way) and myself. All instrumentation on the record was played or programed by Kassi and myself and the same is for the vocals. I hope everyone enjoys the new record which is now live on iTunes!
